Train Technician - Mechanics & Repair

About the role

As a Train Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of locomotives and carriages, ensuring the trains are in top condition. Tasks range from interior work to complex maintenance involving mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, and pneumatics. Work with a team to ensure vehicles are safe.

We are looking for

• Background in industry or other technical field
• Strong technical interest and attitude
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good Swedish language skills

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in automotive technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Basic knowledge of electrics, including calculations and measurements
• Skills in mechatronics or as an industrial electrician
• Experience in repair and service of production equipment
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and drawings
